"Taipei Tech. XR Research and Development Center showcases Taiwan's female technological power in New York Fashion Show"

The 67th session of the United Nations Commission on the Status of Women (CSW) will be held from March 6th to 17th in New York City. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs sent a delegation to the conference to hold a series of events called "Taiwan Gender Equality Week" in collaboration with the UN Women's Rights Committee. The Universe XR Research and Development Center at National Taipei University of Technology was invited to participate and used its Universe XR filming technology to produce the video "Taiwanese Female Technological Innovators," featuring Minister Audrey Tang of the Digital Development Department of the Executive Yuan appearing as a virtual character and changing into various fashionable outfits. In addition, the center also featured a "Multiverse Fashion Show" designed and executed by Master of Interaction Design student Wang Zi-xin, demonstrating Taiwan's strong technological education and female empowerment.
