Che-Kuang Chuang from Taipei Tech’s Department of Interaction Design Wins Awards at Filmcon Awards and IndieFEST Film Awards

Che-Kuang Chuang, a project professor at Taipei Tech's Department of Interaction Design, received international recognition with his work Education Parallax. Following his award at the 2024 Da Dun Fine Arts Exhibition, he won Best Experimental Film and Best Cinematography Finalist at the Filmcon Awards, as well as the Award of Recognition at the IndieFEST Film Awards. This highlights Taiwan's innovative capabilities in new media art on the global stage.

Education Parallax uses dual-channel animation and VR 360 technology to explore teaching interactions from both student and teacher perspectives, inspired by Chuang's teaching experience to encourage diverse reflections on education.
